Did you know that the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame is located right here in little ol’ Macon, Georgia? I had no earthly idea it was the largest state sports hall of fame in America.
The first floor is devoted to folks in the Hall of Fame and features kiosks to see videos and interviews of inductees. It’s everything you ever wanted to know about these amazing athletes but were afraid to ask. There is also a pretty groovy theater down there all kitted out to replicate an old Atlanta baseball stadium. Upstairs there are displays highlighting the history of sports in Georgia at various levels such as high school, college, and Olympic. Up there is also a miniature interactive basketball court and football field to toss balls around. Plus, there is also a full sized NASCAR car. If you've always wanted to try driving one of those fast cars then now is your chance. That car comes complete with simulation!
Being the piped piper of all strays I managed to catch the faint meowing sound out of newly born kittens as I exited the building.
As I rounded the outside corner I spied them under a willow tree! Three of them were there with their mother just as happy and smiling as they could be.
What’s a woman to do? I loaded them up but you all know that there is no way I have time to tend to their needs. This little kitty family needs a new home. If you need some creatures to keep you company while you watch those ball games on TV then run on over to my Etsy site for the details. Sold
Those kitties are so cute, no wonder you had to take them home!!
