Once upon a time there was a sweet little angora sweater rabbit named Sarah. She was born in the deep south of Macon, Georgia but her thoughts often traveled to foreign lands. Sarah longed to see new places and new things and, frankly, she was bored with sitting home and just reading about other places.
One day she was discovered by a lovely lady who immediately fell in love with cute little Sarah. This lady invited Sarah to come live with her in the Great White North of Canada. Sarah was beside herself with excitement. She could hardly wait to hop a plane and head for the great unknown.
But a funny thing happened on the way up there. Turns out that it was a lot colder than Sarah imagined. In fact, it was really cold. Not like Georgia at all. And there was all this funny stuff on the ground that was cold and wet too.
So Sarah decided that she didn't want to live up in the Great White North after all. She sat and hung out at the Canadian post office waiting for her return trip to Georgia. This made her new mom very worried. She had no idea where Sarah had gotten to or why she hadn't arrived at her new home.
Imagine the shock and surprise when three months later Sarah turned up back in Georgia!
But her new mom still very much wanted Sarah to come and live with her. So after a long discussion with Sarah, she agreed that she'd be willing to give it another try as long as she didn't have to go out into the snow.
So off she went back to the Great White North where she got to live inside in the warmth and admire the pretty snow through a beautiful picture window.
And she was a very happy rabbit.
The End.
That Sarah sure it a stubborn little bunny!!!
I'm sure she'll be very happy in her new Canadian home.
Canada's not ALL that bad!

Hurrah for Sarah! Clyde the Creature arrived safely in England today. I hope it's not too cold for him. Will send a photo when he is over his jet lag.

I sympathize with Sarah--I'm getting pretty sick of that cold, wet stuff on the ground myself. I'm so glad she can stay inside where it's safe and warm!
